The Government of Western Australia is a contributor to the welfare of the Animal Protection Society's dogs, cats and kittens. Their annual contribution helps the Animal Protection Society re-home Perth's lost and abandoned dogs and cats, and promote responsible per ownership throughout Western Australia. The state government plays an important role in creating and managing legislation relating to animal welfare. More information can be found here and here. Please pass on your thanks, and thoughts to our minister.

BUTCH ~~Butch is a beautiful dark brindle boy with a wrinkly forehead. When you get to know this boy, he is a complete snuggle bum, loves cuddles, dress ups and all the nonsense. He will curl,up with you and snore on your lap. Butch is good on lead and in the car, he knows how to sit and shake hands. He isn't reactive to other dogs when out and about, however he has shown us that he wants to be an only Furchild in his Furever home. He did go to a home, but was not interested in sharing his people or stuff with another dog. He needs a firm pack leader in a family with older children. Butch will make an amazing addition to the right family. Butch is very much loved by one of our Carers and it is mutual, he will do 360's when he sees her coming. Are you the one he will do 360's for in the future
